Developed by Chiara Shannon, WSET Certified Sommelier, RYT 500 yoga professional, and MBSR-trained mindfulness practitioner, Mindful Wine™ Taste with Intention™ courses and experiences incorporate the principles of yoga, mindfulness and the disciplined approach to wine tasting as taught to professional sommeliers.

Mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation ground us in the present moment and help us cultivate greater awareness. Basic actions of breath control, focusing on the present, and becoming a witness to our sense experience are fundamental to tasting wine. With Chiara as your guide, you will learn how to use these tools to navigate your sense memory, discover new pathways of wine appreciation, and emerge with the skill set and language of a wine professional.
