They work with organic, Biodynamic and consciously farmed vineyard sources for their purchased fruit, and make wine from their certified organic The Joy Fantastic estate vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills.

2018 HOLUS BOLUS SANTA MARIA VALLEY ROUSSANNE

100% Roussanne. From a Biodynamically farmed portion of the Bien Nacido Vineyard, this classic white Rhone grape was made in a style to emphasize freshness, balancing its ripe apricot, pear and honey notes.

Try it with: From spicy Thai food to a rustic French pate, this versatile white inspires creative pairings. Co-Founder/Winemaker Peter Hunken loves this with South Indian rava dosas, “a touch spicy but delicious and filling!”
